Today, the LWC (Louisiana Workforce Commission) and the Apprenticeship Department celebrated their second Tradeshow and Conference with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Louisiana. The event allowed businesses to share their goals of serving underserved and Hispanic communities in Region 4. The attendees were able to assist Hispanic businesses in overcoming negative impacts and help them scale by connecting them to various resources and tools. The ultimate goal was to create a more equitable community and contribute to the economic development of the state of Louisiana.
