This year NAW’s theme is “Registered Apprenticeship: Superhighway to Good Jobs” to reflect the prominence that Registered Apprenticeship has received as a proven and industry-driven training model that expedites the pathway into good jobs and improves diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) in the workplace.
NAW 2023 is already off to a great start. During this week, educators at the Church Point High School provided their students with options and opportunities related to Registered apprenticeship, labor unions, community-based organizations, and employers engaged with the students about different employment opportunities after graduation and the benefits of considering registered apprenticeship after 2024 graduation. #NAW2023
