The Louisiana Workforce Commission and the Registered Apprenticeship is conducting our first inaugural Youth Apprenticeship Week (Event) scheduled for May 8th. The event aims to bring together students from middle to high school in low-income areas of Lafayette, LA, to showcase the benefits of Registered Apprenticeships. Employers, sponsors, and Related Training Instructions will collaborate to present real-world skills and demonstrate to the students the diversity of occupations available to them.
